Gathering data based on a adjacent cells name.

I am trying to gather values from column B that have the same corresponding shift.

In column A are different shifts, in column B are amounts for corresponding shifts.

I want to get a total of all shifts in cells b2 to b4.

Attached is a sample.

Thanks for any help creating this formula.

Put this formula in cell B2:

=SUMIF($A$8:$A$13,A2,$B$8:$B$13)

then copy down into B3:B4. Format the cells in the style you prefer.
