3d Charts - formatting the data fields

Our company hasn't upgraded to the Excel version with the nice mapping charts, so I am using 3d maps for now.

I can't seem to figure out how to format the data that shows on the areas when I click on them. The attached example only has 2 decimals, but some have 5+. I would like the data here to show currency.

I tried making those fields currency on the data table but that didn't help.

Side question - is there a way to link the maps without having to go to Insert>3d Maps?

Attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
