Conditional Formatting Charts with follow-up data

I have a stacked bar chart for each day of the month that totals the quantity of four different types of scheduled sales orders per day (Truck, Ship, Rail, Export).

Is there anyway to add a completion tag or pattern to each individual task/unit on the chart if there is a corresponding "completion" column added to the spreadsheet?

Currently, I am using a pivot table to generate the chart.

The goal is to display the loading and types of orders scheduled each day when looking forward and to mark off/display the completed orders when looking back.

At this point, I have been able create two bars side by side on the pivot chart for each date, that totalizes the loading count and "completed" count.

Any interesting options to try?
