Editing a VERY VERY large CSV file

Does anyone know of a program other than Notepad to edit a CSV file with 200mil lines of data.

I don't know that I have ever needed to edit that large of a text file, but I have liked Notepad++ (https://notepad-plus-plus.org/ ) as a text editor (but not word processor).

Hi thanks for that link, however it reads in .CSV files but does not save as .CSV just about very ext but.

A CSV file is limited to 1,048,576 rows per column so are you saying the tab is filled from A1:GR1048576???

I did not have any difficulty saving a .csv file from Notepad++. A .csv file is a regular text file with the .csv extension. In Notepad++'s save as dialog, I simply chose the regular text file type and typed in the .csv extension.
