    ISBLANK and equal formula

    Hey!

    I was hoping anyone could help me out with this one, I'm new to excel.

    I want this formula to be true in conditional formatting;

    R10C16 = blank
    R72C16=212

    if those two are true I would like to format a cell.

    Thanks!

    Use the option that says "Use a formula to determine...."

    Formula: copy to clipboard

    Do you have the R1C1 format turned on? I almost never see people do that.

    ETA: I just looked at your other thread. You will need to use ";" instead of "," for your localization.

    Thanks alot! works like a charm.
    Yeah It seems like i have R1C1 format on. I'm configuring some stuff at work and they do have it on. Are there any disadvantages having it turned on?

    Re: ISBLANK and equal formula

    No disadvantages at all, just that almost everybody uses the default A1 format.
