Comparing 2 results (one from formula) showing not equal when it is really equal?

Hello, I am writing a conditional formula to highlight when a result of another formula is > or < another compared number. The issue I am having is its highlighting when its equal. i know it has something to do with binary something or other but I am really stuck..

    Here is the formula

    =IF(Z16>G16,1,0)

In another situation I created a helper cell and used the ROUNDUP function. I really cant do with this it will take more work than I care do do for this feature. Is there a function that helps in this case? Thx in advance!

Use ROUND/ROUNDUP in your CF formula.

    Hi,

    Like TMS suggests...

    =IF(Round(Z16,0)>Round(G16,0),1,0)
