Hyperlink that Creates a New Sheet from a template with data transferred

Hi All,

I'm working with some medium sized data sets, currently sorting through ~3000 with various drop down and index carry over filters.

I'm wondering if it is possible to create a hyperlink that allows a user to create a new sheet, using a pre-made template which is populated by data relative to where the hyperlink was clicked.

For example, if they were to click on cell C10, it would create a new worksheet with a template of charts, breakdowns and overviews populated and solved by the data in Cells B10:Q10. They would also be able to get a unique sheet with unique data in the same template if they clicked on B11,B12 etc. The caveat to this is that the data in those cells can be filtered to be changed, so there will not be the same data in the same cells often.

Any help you legends would be able to provide would be most appreciate.
