assign parkings

good day. I would like to know if you can help.

on one sheet I have a list of rental units, I have to assign a parking to that unit.
on the second sheet I have the list of the parkings that should show what unit they are assigned to.

can you please help with this on excel?

Okay so basicly i have 2 tables (same excel doc, two sheets) the one is my parking list where all the parking bay's info is on and on the 2nd sheet i have a table for all the apartments wth all there detail.

Currently i have to go to the parking table (Sheet 1) and fill in what apartment it is assigned to, then i have to go to the apartment table (sheet 2) and look for that apartment and then manually input what parking number is assigned to it.

Is there a way where i can assign the appartmens to a parking (in sheet 1) and then on the appartment table it will show the parking no next to the apartment number automatically without having to go look for that apartment and filling in the data manually.

I work with about 500 apartments and it is wery time consuming to go and look for a apartment.

Attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
