Working with time greater than 24 hrs.

    Hi!

I'm creating a simple timesheet where I can sum time using the [h]:mm format. But sometimes I'll need to modify time values that are greater than 24 hrs.

The problem is that when I double click the cell to add, lets say 5 min to 35:00:00, then a different time with a date shows up (01/01/1900 11:00:00 am), making it impossible to modify it to 35:05, unless I retype it all over again. Is there an easy method?

It sounds like the value is what you want but the format is changing. Do you have the cell format set to Custom [h]:mm ?
