Check for duplicates only if 3 cells are an exact match

I have a simple spreadsheet that has 3 columns... first column is a FIRST AND LAST name, second column is a STATUS, and third column is a date. Is there a way to check all rows for duplicates but only if all 3 columns are an exact match?

Attached is a basic sample of what I am needing.

Select A1 to C7, Home Tab, conditional format, new rule, use a formula

Thanks! That does exactly what I need it to. My actual list is a lot larger than the sample and the data came from multiple sources originally, but this allowed me to sort by cell color to see all duplicates together, then I was able to remove the duplicates and re-sort by date value.
