Help creating a filter loop that subtracts time

    Hello,

Hoping you can help me with the attached spreadsheet.

I am trying to create a loop that filters on each Job Req ID(Column A) and then on "done" on Column G

Then I need to subtract the difference in time between each stage. So for example, D3= C3-C2, D4= C4-C3 etc. I dont need anything in D2 as this the first stage.

Then in column E in need the total time taken so in the example would D4 = C4-C2

I've attached a spreadsheet that how it should look.

    Any questions please ask.
    Regards
    Ross

Will all rows for one Job Req ID always be together? If so, then try these formulae, dragged down:

    D3

I've attached your file with these working.

Unrelated, your dates in column F were in USA-date format (m d y), but the ones in col C in international (d m y) format. I guess, given your location, that the latter is the one you want?

Hope that does what you wanted.

I recently started a new job so am a bit busy and may not reply quickly. Sorry - it's not personal - I will reply eventually.
If your problem is solved, please go to 'Thread Tools' above your first post and 'Mark this Thread as Solved'.
If you use commas as your decimal separator (1,23 instead of 1.23) then please replace commas with semi-colons in your formulae.
You don't need to give me rep if I helped, but a thank-you is nice.
