Excel Solver help

Hello,
I need a help with Excel Solver.
I have a list of different types of boxes (001-014), which contains multiple items (Box 001 contains 1 B item, 2 C items, 2 D items, 1 E item and 1 F item.
I want solver to figure out how many (variables) and which type of box to take, that the total of all items will match predefined number ( 100 in my case), while also considering that total sum of each individual item should equal or at least be very close (+- 2) to predefined number which represent the optimal number for a total sum for an item.
Constraints:
My variables should all be positive whole numbers.
Difference between total sum of A (or any other) item and predefined limit for A item should not be larger then 2.
