Calculate amount to be able to borrow using the payment only

I want a load calculation spreadsheet where I can input a payment amount, rate and time and then get how much of a loan that should be able to have. Make sense?

I know there is a spreadsheet out there that has this ability but have not been able to find it and thought might be easier than trying to build it myself.
