Hello
I am working with an excel sheet that has multiple options and from those would have a few forms. I have conditions for the first part of what i need
ex> Location: this is a drop down with a list
Location Workgroup: based on the location this will provide a list of workgroups
Then under that I provides more information but with the request type: New, Change, Delete - I would like a form displayed so the user knows what needs to be completed. I have attached a sample of my sheet but I'm running into some issues as there are multiple lines for some of the items ie: Under application there are 2 items but only one showing
