Display values based on multiple DV values

Hi guys! I am trying to develop a scorecard wherein it will show the stats of each agent on a given metric. I have a formula running for each metric with a look up value for each agent. What I want to happen is that when I choose the agent code, it will display a summary of the metrics at the same time, allowing me to show the breakdown of the metrics with accompanying line/bar combo graph. I can't seem to arrange the data to give me what I want to happen. Any help would be great! Thanks a lot!
