    Concatenation of TextBox Name

Is is possible to Concatinate the name of a textbox?

To test this, place an ActiveX TextBox on an empty spreadsheet. In the Name field, designate it BlackTextBox.

    Then use this code:

However, you will find that normal rules of concatination do not apply to TextBox Names.

So, what is the solution to this problem? Can TextBox names be concatinated and if so, how?

Thank you for your expert advice.

    Administrative Note:

    Welcome to the forum.

We would very much like to help you with your query, however you need to include code tags around your code.

Please take a moment to add the tags. Posting code between [CODE]Please [url=https://www.excelforum.com/login.php]Login or Register [/url] to view this content.[/CODE] tags makes your code much easier to read and copy for testing, and it also maintains VBA formatting.

Please see Forum Rule #2 about code tags and adjust accordingly. Click on Edit to open your post, then highlight your code and click the # icon at the top of your post window. More information about these and other tags can be found here

I will do it for you this time. Please read forum rules

Andy. You are the man. When noone else knew how to solve this... you did!!! I've spent over a week researching and inquiring, trying to find a solution. Some even thought it wasn't possible. Or would be a very complicated code. But you solved it elegantly and simply. Thanks a million!!!
