A formula to look up for a name a date and a tag in another table and bring a value

    Hi folks,

Can you please have a look at attached file and help. Appreciated. Any question please ask.

Require a formula in Yellow cell to mach the below and bring the value:
    1) Name in A5 dropbox with the names in column A from sheet IM.
    2) The date in B5 with the dates in Row2 from sheet IM
3)Bring the KPI1000 (value is 15 in this example)

And then the same formula in blue cell to search the sheet named MPF and bring the KPI1000 for the same paerson

PS: There will be another fromula in green cells to bring the KPI1400 value

    Best Regards,
    Bobbie
