Printing contains a lot of white space. How can I have the content use the entire page?

    Hello all,

When I am trying to print, the pages contains too much white space and doesn't take up the entire page or have my data too small.

Please advise what I can do.

For the first tab, AMD 3 Statements, I am trying to print the data onto 3 pages(portrait) but there is too much white space.
How can I have the text take up most of the page. I have chosen 3 pages and the page breaks are where I would like the data to be divided.

For my second tab, graphs, when I go into print preview, there is a big white space to the data. I want Column S to be the last column to be included and my print area to display what I have set in the page break view . 1 page(landscape)

For my third tab, AMD DCF, I would like to have the info take up almost a whole page(landscape).

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated and I would to apply this going forward.

Thank you all in advance and have a great day!

Try smaller margins, for example in the first tab, you have set your page break from Columns A to S, and your print settings is to fit all these columns into one page. So the sheets are being scaled down to fit these columns in to 1 page.

If you reduce the margin, you will get less white space. you can try increasing row size too.
