Insufficient space for filename

Even with Excel 365 maximised I cannot always see what is arguably the most important information of all, namely the file name (and the added info about it).
How do I either move the Search box further to the right or reduce its length please?

Ideally I'd like to see it in the classic manner, as part of a title bar, not crammed into the menu like this. That would not only make it easier to see in full, but also make it easier to drag the entire window.

Do you really need all that stuff on your Quick Access tool bar? Most of the icons are already on your Home Tab.

I am not sure how you got that Search box on your quick access tool bar.
