Race Results and Year Standings

I am looking to not have to sort and consolidate for each race....

So the riders are on the "Rows" and each has a number for each series.

The races are on the columns.

I would like to create a new tab for each race, copy results and points for that race there and have the main sheet "2019 KOI PM Bikes" search that tab.....

So my thoughts are I create a new tab for the race in Column AV. I would like to paste a formula in every cell in AV to look up the riders number (Column D for this series) and return with his points for that race.

Perhaps the following will help.
I copied the results for CRCC Rd1 and pasted them into a new sheet labeled CRCC Rd10
The formula for AV7 and down is:

As you can see in the attached copy of the file the results yielded by the formula are the same as the results that were manually placed in the CRCC Rd1 column*.
* Luke Brinkerhoff's name had been misspelled Luke Brinkerheff, special attention will need to be paid to the names for this to work. You might consider using data validation to place the names on the individual race sheets to avoid errors.
