Race Results: Adding points for fastest race lap and fastest qualifying lap to final point

Title says it all, I am trying to make an excel document that requires an extra point if the driver gets the fastest race lap and/or fastest qualifying lap. These points will be in addition to the driver's finishing points for that race

For example:

• Driver 1: Fastest Race Lap, plus finished 2nd in the race. Should come out to be 18 points total.

I need the document to automatically recognize when a driver has the fastest time in each column and apply the point(s) as needed.
