Delete duplicate cells in multiple rows, only cells

Hello there,

I have few thousands rows with 40 columns. Many cells contains duplicate value. I need to delete duplicate values in cells or entire cells. Its ok in both ways. I must delete cells in rows not columns. Or keeping unique values. Both ways are ok.
In yellow highlight are duplicate cells.

Please attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need.
