Update values in my local file / database from a online spreadsheet

I want to use an online spreadsheet as a base like google docs excel spreadsheet or Quip.

When contact details are updated on web, I want it to get updated for my local file aswell.

Both online and offline files have same format but it should get synced with online data

as it's required for a team and downloading updated file from online source will be time consuming and repetitive.
