Upgraded to W11 and lost date format on all Excel spreadsheets

I just upgraded to Windows 11 and noticed that the date format in all of my spreadsheets were changed. Now all dates are, example 10 11 21 instead of the normal 10/11/21. Has anyone else seen this? Is there a fix? The format cell dialog box shows the new format.

    Thanks,

    James

Excel will use your regional settings for its default date format so may be worth checking in Windows settings to see if the upgrade has changed anything there.

The upgrade to Win11 didn't have this affect on either of my laptops, but I have heard from a couple of people that it has tinkered with theirs.
