    Date format switched on me....

    Hello!

I have recently changed computers, upon the switch, I noticed my date entry layout has changed.

    It used to display Year-Month-day.

It now displays Day-Month-Year for any entries moving forward, some continuity would be nice. any ideas how to change my format so that it is all synonymous? (lines 493 to 494 is where the issue begins)

    thanks for your time!

Guess you need to check your Regional Settings on your new computer.

Negative, was a good thought and I looked into it but the regions are the same from both computers

No idea why it happened, however selecting cell A494 > pressing the Ctrl, Shift and down arrow key (twice so that cells down to row 65536 are selected) > selecting number formatting > custom formatting then typing in yy-mmm-dd;@ corrects the display for cells A494:A516.
Additionally when a new entry is typed into cell A517 (11/4/19) it displays in the year-month-day format.
