check if the the cell empty then move down

Hi Guys,
can someone helps me for those to things please

. check if the cell is empty then move down to check the next cell. if not copy the info at cell C only if contains basketball .
for example

Name Date type

Dallas
11/24/2019 tennis
11/24/2019 football
11/24/2019 basketball

check if cell C3 contains basketball then copy (Name Dallas) otherwise
