Multi-User Workbook: How to get Workbook to look the same (size/zoom)

    Hello there,

Okay, so I have a multi-sheet/multi-function interactive workbook that I am trying to get to "appear" the same in terms of view/zoom/size/etc. REGARDLESS of where it is opened/by whom/on which Computer.

    EX)
#1 Attachment is how the sheet appears on my computer
#2 Attachment is how it appears on a co-workers

Is there ANY way to "set the zoom/layout so that is it COMPATIBLE with any PC when opened?

Please let me know, and as always, thank you for any assistance in advance! Greatly appreciated!

Not much to go with just images, but here's some code I use that zooms the worksheet to a passed range

Where S is the last column you want to see and the row number the last row.

I found similar code some time ago and edited it to my needs but you can googe zoom worksheet to active range or something like that.
    Hope it helps

Is there anyway to do this WITHOUT Macros/VBA? For Security purposes, we are nto allowed to use them...Let me know if still possible. Thank you!

Nope, without a macro there is nothing to trigger events
You could consider an excel addin that could be managed by you network administrator and with someone that can program vba code the addin could control the workbooks that are opened
