Comparing two rows and populating blank cells.

Hello Excelforum!

First time poster. I am currently working on a data cleansing project where I am cleaning up an excel sheet full of contacts. The contacts are grouped by matching first and last name. The format of grouping is below:

My goal is to compare the cells and if they are different move the value of a cell to a blank cell. In the above example I would move the mobile phone to the blank mobile phone cell above, and move the 999-999-9999 number to the blank company phone cell. Thus allowing me to save every phone value under one contact.


Any suggestions? Also for future problems like this what tool would be best for me to learn? VBA, Powerquery, Python?
