Formula to lookup name and month and return value from table.

hi,

I have a pivot table in coulmn A to C ( i have pasted it as a table here). I am trying to create a table for all the months as shown in E to Q as the list of employees will change based on the manager i select and lastly i am trying to create a graph that would look like the image in the file. Any help is much appreciated.
