Exclamation Adding a stamp to a control sheet on excel

    Hello,

I am creating digitalized control sheets for my company.

Each inspector uses a stamp that goes on the top of each page. I have turned each one into a picture.

Is there a way to set up a stamp so when the control sheet is complete I can click a button and it will auto fill in the spots requested and lock the control sheet from editing.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

Re: Adding a stamp to a control sheet on excel

I have attached an example of what I am doing. I am new to macros. I have added the stamp I would like to use and the file into the same folder. When I run the macros it comes up with an error. If you look at the excel sheet you will see where I have "Stamp laid out in the headers. this is where I would like the stamp to go after the control sheet is verified.

    Thanks

    Chris

Is it an option also to pull the photo from another tab on the same worksheet?

    This works here :

Image must be in same location as workbook.

I have this working. How do I assign the photo to each of the cells? Currently it appears in the top right of the page.

    No problem pal.
Check attached file. It insert small icon of approval file in active cell. And second button known as 'Final approval' lock the sheet.
    OR
By Stamp cell from prev. post you mean particuar cells which have to be approve, then we have to revise macro.

Re: Adding a stamp to a control sheet on excel

This is a what I am looking for! The only thing left I would like to do is be able to specify cells without clicking on them. it will always be the same cells. Example : A6, E6, F6. is there a way to insert the stamp into those cells with one click ?

Simplest way approved cells from declared list and lock sheet.

Check attached file (a bit different solution with list on separate sheet). Your choice.
