I have 2 tabs on the worksheet which contain the same rows, but not colums
I want to 'force' changes from 1 tab to be duplicated on the other tab i.e. row inserts, descriptions changes etc
Is that possible?

Yes that possible, There 2 ways of doing
1. Manually (via self) : Requires to find the missing column and insert the new column at same location.
2. Automate (via Macro) : Macro shall search for the missing column/s and insert a new cell.
* I prefer manually as, macro sometimes hangs up excel

It is possible but when you are doing insertions, and the data is not the same on both sheets, I think you will need VBA to do that. Can you attach a sample file? See the yellow banner at the top of the page. If not we need to know at least which columns are defined on each sheet, what data can change, and how. Is there a column that is found on both sheets that contains a unique value that can act as a key to the row?
