how to get nearby value using leftside cell which contains formulated value

I need formula to get exact value of 'GRANT'!B11 in cell 'KHATAVAHI'!B5 with the help of 'KHATAVAHI'!A5(which contains formulated data from source cell 'GRANT'!A11") then by draging get value of 'GRANT'!18 in cell 'KHATAVAHI'!B8 AS SAME AS get exact value of 'GRANT'!C12 in cell 'KHATAVAHI'!C6 with the help of 'KHATAVAHI'!A6(which contains formulated data from source cell 'GRANT'!A12") then by draging get value of 'GRANT'!13,'GRANT'!18,'GRANT'!19,'GRANT'!22 etc. consecutively in cell 'KHATAVAHI'!C7,'KHATAVAHI'!C8,'KHATAVAHI'!C9,'KHATAVAHI'!C10

i am facing some problems while using VLOOKUP formula you have suggested,i am getting same value in 'KHATAVAHI'!O9,'KHATAVAHI'!O10,'KHATAVAHI'!O11 . Which should be same as in 'GRANT'!O13,'GRANT'!O14,'GRANT'!O15 respectively. what should be the formula in this condition when source cell have same value.i have hilighted these cells with green colour.i have attached new file here.please give solution.
