Disable Hyperlink Warning in Excel 2019

Hi,
i have a link in excel 2019 cell to a safe PDF file in my PC. but i cannot disable below warning;

Some files can contain viruses or otherwise be harmful to your computer. It is important to be certain that this file is from a trustworthy source. Would you like to open this file?

how can i bypass this warning? thank you in advance for your replies

File>Options>Trust Center>Trust Center Settings. Starting in the left column, review the selections and the actions it'll take to squash the nag. Some of them, however are there for good reason. Choose wisely my friend.
