conditional formatting between dates

Hi I have a year i,e 2019 value in cell B1 which can be changed to represent the current year. I then have a load of dates in cells C10:C270. What I want is for the dates in column C to change background to red if they are outside of the financial year i.e for 2019 (1/04/2019- 31/03/2020). If I change the year in cell B2 to to 2020 the dates would change to red if outside of (1/04/2020-31/03/2021).
