If-Then statement; calculating the costs since purchase of the item

Hi all,
In my excel I have a column:
A: 'Capex' or 'Opex'
B: The name of the item (f.e. 'car')
E: Price (dollar)
F: Cylus
G: accounting depreciation (%)
H: date of transaction/start

In column J I've made a constraint but it is nog complete yet. Can anybody help me?

Its allmost okay, but with 'OPEX' it calculates ((the difference between date column H and 31-12-2019)*1), instead of the actual spent costs (which is different when column F has another value than '1').

It is quite a puzzle!!!

I think it might be a simple order of operations issue. I added parenthesis around your denominator and the formula output 500.
/(365.25+0.9999))

Thanks but that doesnt do the trick. If you change a date with lets say 6 years before 2020, and the cyclus is 2, then I've made the costs like 3 times. It doesnt show that yet….
