Question Filter Two Columns using Date Range Criteria

Using the excel document attached. The "Job Start" and "Job Finish" columns are to be filtered to show dates that fall within the next 2/2-4 weeks of the selected "Period Date". So in the document, there are 6 jobs out of 10 that met the criteria of the filters.

The goal: Is there a way to use to automate the process of filtering the "Job Start" and "Job Finish" columns using the formula: WORKDAY.INTL(TODAY(),--(WEEKDAY(TODAY())<>6),"1111011") ??? Currently, we have to go in and manually select the dates within 4 weeks of the determined "Period Date" to get the jobs meeting the criteria. Is there a better way to do this? Thank you again!!

Clarification: I need the "Job Start" and "Job Finish" columns to be filtered to show dates within 4 weeks of the "Period Date" at the same time. The job needs to show if 1 of the 2 columns meets that criteria or both meet it.

Let me know if I can provide additional information! Thank you!!!

i looked this over quickly, but couldn't you just filter on column F (Period) and unselect (BLANKS) from the filter.

Column F or "Period" is formula based on the results of Columns D & E. "Job Start" and "Job Finish" have to be filtered before "Period" can determine its value.

Re: Filter Two Columns using Date Range Criteria

My understanding is you want the filter to show all job starts and finishes that are within next 2 weeks. It looks like your formula in Column F narrows this down for you looking at both columns D and E. It also looks like the formula in column F returns a (BLANK) if the dates in D and E arent within the 2 weeks based on the period date in A2. So why not use your formula before filtering, and then filter out the (Blanks in Column F). Its very possible i am not fully understanding what you want.
