Connecting a date to a number "update"

I got the answer i was looking for but i used a simple illustration, but now i can not replicate it in my original document.

The issue is that I want to link a number-cell with a text-cell.

I am looking for a function that will scan for the largest number in the cell "High Top Tick" but write the "day" that the happend

I would like it to write "Day 1" in the U11 cell
