    Formatting imported PDF

In the attached XSL I have imported a PDF of a transcript. I am trying to make it more relational. First column is speaker, 2nd time code and 3rd is text. what I want to do is make each time code block for each speaker a separate record. So the first two columns of course will just be a single value while the last is multi line text. Is there anyway to achieve this? My goal is to eventually move into a MySQL DB but i'm just not a an EXCEL pro. Many thanks.
