Fill cell with value after multiple dependant drop down list

Some of the similar posts don't quite cover what I need hence thank you in advance for your assistance.

I am working on a project where after multiple drop down selections the "resolution" outcome should be a procedure.
I managed to create the dependent drop downs list however I am getting stuck to get the correct "resolution" outcome after the selections.

For example.

If the category "Promotions_Contests" is elected, multiple "issues" are available.
Based on the Issue selected, multiple "reasons" are available
When the "First_Time_Customer" options are elected (Yes or No) there will be a resolution.
Here is where I get stuck. Based on the Yes/No selection there is a "fixed" resolution, how do I go about filling/displaying the resolution cell with the assigned resolution?

Any ideas?

please note that based on elections, there may be two or even more possible solutions.
