    Unhappy IF Forumlas/NETWORKDAYS

    Hi guys

I'm new here and new to excel. I've had a spreadsheet built for me that uses an IF formula so that when we complete a task within 10 days, it pulls through onto another tab as being 100%. If it goes over 10 days, it will pull through as less than 100%.

We have 10 working days to complete a task but with NETWORKDAYS, it counts the first day. Is there anyway I can get it to start counting the day after? T3 shows as 11 days because it counts the day it starts on, but I would like that to equal 10 days. Any suggestions?

Thanks so much in advance! I'm a complete novice here so please go easy on me and let me know if it's helpful for me to provide any further info.

HOW TO ATTACH YOUR SAMPLE WORKBOOK:
Fast answers need clear examples. Post a small Excel sheet (not a picture) showing realistic & representative sample data WITHOUT confidential information (10-20 rows, not thousands...) and some manually calculated results. Just before posting, scroll down to GO ADVANCED, click, and then scroll down to MANAGE ATTACHMENTS and click again. Now follow the instructions at the top of that screen.
Notice my main language is not English.

I appreciate it, if you reply on my solution.

No, you haven’t. Read the instructions at the top of the page and try again.

    Re: IF Forumlas/NETWORKDAYS

Perhaps you could use: =IF([@Completed]>0,NETWORKDAYS([@[Received date]]+1,[@Completed]),"")
This would indicate to anyone looking at the formula that the number of workdays counted will start the day after the received date.
Alternatively you could use: =IF([@Completed]>0,NETWORKDAYS([@[Received date]],[@Completed])-1,"")
