Update formula for text stings

Hi Excel Experts,

I've probably ask for your help on this before but I need to add a couple more things and I'm not quite sure how to update the formula. The formula works but when I add a Title for Mr., Mrs., Dr., etc. it gets all messed up on me. Also I need to add a hyphen between the two last names and a comma between the last name and Jr., II, III, IV, etc. One more thing if you can take a look at in the cell a14-40 where the full string is at: can you take that hyphen out before the city so it would work? These are complex formulas and don't know how to update them. I cannot use the text to columns feature. I know I am asking a lot but I appreciate your time and efforts in resolving these issues for me. The file is attached. Thank you. Joe from Michigan.
