Formula to combine two cells contents into a new one separated with a "/" for the new cell

    Hi,
    I've two cells.
    1st one A1 has the content 2016
    2nd one A2 has the content 2017
I want to add a formula into A3 to make the result 2016/2017
Also I want to make sure that it will be right in A3 in case I changed the content in A1 and A2 later on.
    Thanks
