THe data validation LIST formula for AccoutSubSubList would be:
=OFFSET(Setup!$1:$1, 1, MATCH(GeneralJournal[@Account], Setup!$1:$1, 0)-1, COUNTA(OFFSET(Setup!$1:$1, 1, MATCH(GeneralJournal[@Account], Setup!$1:$1, 0)-1, 1000,1)),1)
That will only return a "list" for a column that has the Account entry(column B) as the header across row1 somewhere on the SETUP page. You can have as many as you want. If the user makes a selection in G for an account the does not yet have a secondary drop down list defined off to the right on the setup page, the column L drop down will simply not work.
