How do I use If in a calculations?

I created a simple spreadsheet for an occasional helper.
Column B is # of hours
Column C is the Yes/No for Jobsite
Column O is the hourly rate.

If he helps me around the house, he gets an hourly rate defined in column O.
If he comes with me to a Jobsite, he gets an extra 2 dollars an hour.

I thought this would do it, but obviously it's not working:
=IF(C19="Yes",(B19*(O19+2))), (B19*O19)
