    Conditional Column or how?

I have a data table that goes out 3 times a week. Each column header is the same, but the data within the rest of the table is different. I want to add a column that assigns work to each of my staff as the new information is added; where different types of work are assigned to certain people. I found Conditional Column, but that extracts the data in the table at that moment and doesn't change when I paste the new data. I wouldn't have an issue with this, but I have 200 staff members, and entering 200 new rules each time I do a Conditional Column seams a bit crazy. Is there a way to do this that I am missing or am I just out of luck?

Hi - can you please upload your file?

Do you just add on to the data in your table each time (like data in rows 1 - 50 on Monday, then data in rows 51 - 75 on Wednesday, etc) or is the data completely different each time?

It is all new data that I replace the old data with. In Column "H", I am wanting the workers to change based on what clinic is in column "A".

So if A = ORTHOTIST you want to assign it to John but if A =WW PH SLP RT then you want to assign it to Steve?

This is what I came up with. Adjust the names on Sheet1.

What I would do is clear all the values from Columns A - G and save as a Template you can use. Then enter your data and save the file with the date, just my 2 cents. :-)
So when you enter the Location Name in Column A, the name will automatically appear in Column H (just don't delete the formula)
