    Dashboard help please

    Hi

I have been working on a dashboard for my team and am almost complete but am stuck on just a few things. I have searched forums and looked at videos but cannot figure it out.

I have attached the workbook which has 3 tabs:
    1. Source Data
    2. Pivot Tables
    3. Dashboard

I am trying to figure out the following:
    1. How do I set up a Conditional Formatted Progress Doughnut Chart. I have tried a few ways and it is a bit clunky. I would like the 7 charts' progress to match the value in the middle of the chart.
    2. I have two campaign figures which I would like to update as I select the country. When I click on each week and a specific country, the weekly figures update but the campaign value remains static (for all, not just that country). This is for Web Leads and Inbound Calls on the right side of the dashboard. This is highlighted in bright green text.
    3. I would like to show Week-on-Week change next to each figure. So when I click on a specific week it will show me the % change from the previous week. This is highlighted in yellow boxes.
    4. In the top right of the dashboard it shows the name of 1 country, when everything is selected. What I want it to show is 'ALL' but am not sure how to do it. This is highlighted in bright blue in the top right.

I hope i have explained this clearly and someone is able to assist me with this.

    Thanks a lot!

Josephteh, thanks so much for this. I really appreciate your help. I tried it out with the other parameters and it worked. I appreciate it. Just one question, do you know how to make the Week-on-week value work for the 'grand total'? i.e. For one country I am getting the correct value for Contact Rate change, like 6%, however when all countries are selected/deselected, I get a large value, which is the sum of all and I get a value like 45%. I changed the pivot column from 'Sum' to 'Average' however the values are not changing? Any help would be great. Thanks

I feel as if the easiest solution would be to add a column to the source data populated simply using: =IF(G2=0,0,G3-F3)
Then place that column in the values area of the pivot table field list following "Average of Contact Rate Previous Week" and set the field value setting to Average.

    Sorry for off-topic interjection:

    @ Josephteh

Although there is no official rule regarding this behaviour, we request that wherever possible both the question AND the answer be provided in substantive detail here within the thread. An attached workbook is an excellent aid for posing a question and offering a solution, but solely doing that with no in thread explanation makes it difficult for researchers to understand or consider the Q & A of this thread without downloading what may be a pointless doc to them, if they can do that at all. Doing that also hides the content from search engines so others may never benefit from this.

I'm sure you understand, and we look forward to seeing you post your formulas/macros in your posts for the searching benefit of all.
