I have a list of employees that have called out in the month of May by shift. I'd like to have the data from my excel workbook show up on a calendar so for example if the date is May 7th, the calendar would show 2 employees called out on the first shift, 1 employee on the third shift and 5 employees on the third shift. I believe using a pivot table is the best way to do this but if there's a different route, I am open to using that too.
