Macro to transfer data from a Pivot Table to a different sheet

Dear Experts,

I am attaching a sample file with my problem (Office 2010).

I have 2 Sheets and one Pivot Table in my workbook.

My main sheet is SS from which I have made a Pivot Table.

Actual data on SS sheet is 40K+ rows. I have made a small sample to demonstrate my problem.

SS Pivot shows the pivot created from the SS Sheet.
Report filter shows ABC.

I want values for only ABC and not other items in the Report Filter.

I want to get the values of each Cat in Column Labels from the Pivot against each Row Labels to be copied on to SG Sheet (Col L and Col K) against the value shown in the Report Filter eg ABC.

Please see SG sheet with the remarks.

A macro would be really helpful as now I have to filter and copy paste

Any help would be greatly appreciated
