Hide used items from drop down list. (base ball teams selection for multiple innings)

I need to hide used items from drop drown list like selecting the base ball team for multiple innings.
The concern is in my application i have unlimited innings i need to choose the teams for. Is there any VBA codes to achieve this.

I don't want to create multiple reference columns ( one or two for each inning).

To be precise, in my application Every week, i need to assign 17 roles to 30+ people and keep a tract of how many times each person took up a specific role.

Attached is the file for reference.
