    Post Converting date format US to EU isn't working

    Hi everyone,

    I hope someone can help me out to understand why converting US date format to EU format "dd-mm-yyyy" isn't working.
    I tried with text to column option but nothing, even with VBA script and formula it doesn't work.
    I would like to attach the excel file extracted from the systems which includes only the date column of my issue.
